We practice Agile & Test Drive Development. Each iteration is 2-3 weeks long and results in new testable functionality.

1. Requirements

Meetings are held between the customer and the product makers each and requirement is discussed through different application flows. Pervious achievements are discussed so that new priorities can be defined.

2. Planning & Designing

Each requirement gathered is set planned carefully and is set forward to get a prototype designed. Our Designing team creates and keep on revising their tasks in case something goes missing. We keep in touch with the customer so that they approve our work.

3. Development

In each meetings every task is discussed and reviewed. Everything is done according to the customers' needs. We try our best to fulfil our commitment without any disapprovals. Through continuous build integration and automated testing, we ensure that regressions are quickly identified and fixed.

4. Review & Test

At the end of each sprint, we benchmark progress against targets. Application is reviewed end to end and defects identified and prioritized.
